	Vladislav Ostapenko IB Director Has over seven years experience in M&A, of which four years have been in top management positions. Implemented projects related to raising capital, and M&A for Ukrainian business groups and large international companies. Certified expert in securities, property rights, and business valuation.
	Andrey Ganzetskiy Vice President (M&A) Before joining Sokrat, worked at Citibank Ukraine. Managed corporate clients and sold banking products to local and multinational companies. Held various positions at Calyon Bank Ukraine. Began his banking career at Ukrinbank.
	Oleh Babur Vice President (Capital Markets) Has extensive international capital market experience, including participation in organizing several Ukrainian benchmark transactions. Prior to joining Sokrat, headed the International Business Relations & FI Department at Ukrsotsbank (UniCredit group), and was in charge of capital markets, investor relations, trade and export finance, and international forfeiting.
	Ivan Lysenko Vice President (Capital Markets) Has more than six years of experience with Ukraine’s largest industrial companies and holdings (Dneprospetsstal, Centravis, Interpipe). Coordinated projects related to business strategy development, M&A for Ukrainian and foreign companies, restructuring business management systems, and raising capital. Successfully selected, managed and appraised project teams for due diligence, business restructuring and seeking investment targets.
