The board of Ukrtelecom [UTEL UZ, U/R], Ukraine's largest telecommunications company, decided to issue registered interest bonds (series B) worth UAH 250 million (USD 51.5mn) at the meeting on June 24.

The Transport and Communication Ministry insists on fixing less than UAH 400 million losses in the financial plan of Ukrtelecom [UTEL UZ, U/R], telecommunication company, for 2008 Transport and Communication Minister Iosyp Vinskyi said.
