	Valery Nilov Chairman of the Supervisory Board Joined Sokrat in 2006. Over ten years experience in managing Alfa-Capital (Ukraine) Investment Company, from the moment it opened in 1995. Held office of First Deputy Board Chairman – President of Alfa Bank (Ukraine). Graduated with a post-graduate degree from Moscow Energy Institute.
	Vladimir Ponomarenko Chairman of the Board It works on the stock market since 1994. At the company "Sokrat" since 2003, he served as Director of the Trading Department, Deputy Chairman of the Board. Graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic University with a degree in Physics and Engineering. Certified trader.
	Alexey Belyaev Vice-chairman of management board Successful trader with nine years of stock market experience, Alexey spent six years developing and implementing mechanical trading systems. Before joining Sokrat in 2009, he was a senior specialist at Ukrsibbank’s international banking department. He was developing mechanical trading system for Russian and U.S. markets since 2003. Alexey Belyaev graduated from Lugansk University with a degree in accounting and auditing, he holds Ph.D. in economics.
