Aleksandr SmaliyFirst Deputy Chairman, Board of Directors Joined Sokrat in 1999. Has held positions as Administrative Director, Executive Director, and Deputy Board Chairman of Sokrat. Since 2002 serves on Sokrat’s Board of Directors. One of the first certified asset management specialists in Ukraine.

Holds an MPA/MBA degree from Old Dominion University Business School (Virginia, USA), a Master of Finance Degree from the State Academy attached to the President of Ukraine, and Master of Accounting from Ukraine’s State Technical University.

Before joining Sokrat, worked as Acting Custody Department Director for Altera Finance Kyiv. In 2004 became a certified depository specialist. In 2007 became a certified Custodian and Trader.

Elena Kolosvetova
Director, Private Banking Department
Previously, as Director of the Private Business Department, coordinated retail business development for the Sea Transport Bank (Odessa), including handling VIP clients’ business. During her time with Sokrat, implemented several regional business development projects.
Graduated from Odessa State Economic University with a major in Finance and Credit. Holds an MBA degree from the Institute of International Business Relations, Kassel University (2006).
