Service Cost

The charges for the services provided by the depositary of FC Sokrat LLC are as follows:

The depositary envisaged the following preferential prices for individuals purchasing shares in the Sokrat management company (provided in the “Simple” plan):

opening a securities account – 0 UAH

—

preparation of documents for opening a securities account – 60 UAH

—

securities writing off/registration operations of the Sokrat management company - fixed amount of 30 UAH

The “Basic” plan is offered to customers (legal entities, residents and non-residents). The “Active” plan is available to custumers and legal entities that actively trade on the stock markets. This price automatically becomes effective for those customers conducting no less than 30 operations per month.
